Joe Meuleman

Joe primarily practices in the areas of construction law, government contracts, and litigation. He represents general contractors, construction managers, subcontractors, suppliers, manufacturers, sureties, and project owners in a variety of construction-related disputes and transactions.

Joe has over ten years of experience working within the construction industry including field construction and supervision, project management, and cost controls. This real-world experience provides a unique advantage in all areas of construction law from contract negotiations to dispute resolution.

Joe serves on the Board of Directors of the Idaho Associated General Contractors and is Chair of the Idaho AGC Associate/Supplier Advisory Board. He also serves on the Idaho AGC Legislative Committee and held various leadership positions in the Idaho AGC Construction Leadership Council between 2004 and 2013.

Joe currently serves on the AGC of America national Contract Document Forum and Project Delivery Forum Steering Committees. He also served a three-year term on the national Construction Leadership Council Steering Committee and has represented the AGC of America on several ConsensusDOCS Working Groups drafting industry standard contract documents.

Joe supports the education of future construction professionals as a member of the Advisory Board to the Department of Construction Management at Boise State University. He regularly interviews scholarship finalist on behalf of the AGC Education and Research Foundation.
