Don represents clients in a broad array of construction and real estate transactions and disputes. His unique real-world experience in both architecture and construction compliment his focused practice.
Don has a varied set of skills acquired by working for construction contractors, earning his Master’s in Architecture, and working as an architect-in- training between 2011 and 2015. Don has worked closely with owners, architects, engineers, and contractors in all phases of design and construction. He understands the complexities of these working relationships and both the benefits and risks associated with varying construction processes. His strong visual background and attention to detail are also valuable assets in litigation.
Don graduated from the University of Idaho with the distinction of summa cum laude in both his architecture and law degrees. He supports the construction industry as Secretary of the Idaho Associated General Contractors Construction Leadership Council and as a member of the American Bar Association Forum on Construction Law.
